Interpretation
Riverton has no dedicated youth shelter and no Housing First program. In this scenario, youth are overrepresented in the PIT count and continue to face weak pathways to stable housing. The dashboard is designed so students can identify the mismatch between need, service capacity, and neighbourhood-level marginalization.
